The company owning the BLUETIDE web domain is CURRENT TECHNOLOGIES, INC., a company organized and existing in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Panama (hereinafter BLUETIDE), registered in the Commercial Section of the Public Registry of Panama under File No. 814903, Redi Document No. 2471167, RUC No. 2471167-1-814903 DV 1, with address at Ave. Gaillard, Building #237, Office 237-D, City of Knowledge, Panama, Republic of Panama, email: contacto@bluetideconsulting.com (hereinafter, “CTI”).

2.- USERS: The access and/or use of this CTI portal provides access to a multitude of information, services, programs, or data (hereinafter, “the contents”) on the Internet belonging to CTI, the creator of the website, or its licensors, which the USER may access. The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the portal. This responsibility extends to the registration that may be necessary to access certain services or content. In such registration, the USER will be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information.
