This Privacy Policy Is Valid For The bluetideconsulting.com (“BLUETIDE”) Website

1.- IDENTIFYING DATA: In compliance with the duty of information collected in Article 1 of Law 6 of 2002, on Access to Information and Electronic Commerce, the following data are reflected:

The company owning the BLUETIDE web domain is CURRENT TECHNOLOGIES, INC., a company organized and existing in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Panama (hereinafter BLUETIDE), registered in the Commercial Section of the Public Registry of Panama under File No. 814903, Redi Document No. 2471167, RUC No. 2471167-1-814903 DV 1, with address at Ave. Gaillard, Building #237, Office 237-D, City of Knowledge, Panama, Republic of Panama, email: contacto@bluetideconsulting.com (hereinafter, “CTI”).

2.- USERS: The access and/or use of this CTI portal provides access to a multitude of information, services, programs, or data (hereinafter, “the contents”) on the Internet belonging to CTI, the creator of the website, or its licensors, which the USER may access. The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the portal. This responsibility extends to the registration that may be necessary to access certain services or content. In such registration, the USER will be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. As a result of this registration, a password may be provided to the USER, for which they will be responsible, committing to make appropriate use of the contents and services (such as chat services, discussion forums, or news) that CTI, the creator of the website, offers through its portal and, by way of example but not limited to, not use them to (i) engage in illegal, illegal activities or those contrary to good faith and public order; (ii) disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic-illegal nature, advocating terrorism or infringing human rights; (iii) cause damage to the physical and logical systems of CTI, the creator of the website, its suppliers, or third parties, introduce or spread computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that may cause the aforementioned damages; (iv) attempt to access and, where applicable, use the email accounts of other users and modify or manipulate their messages. CTI reserves the right to withdraw all comments and contributions that violate respect for the dignity of the person, are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, that threaten youth or childhood, order, or public safety, or that, in its judgment, are not suitable for publication. In any case, CTI will not be responsible for the opinions expressed by users through forums, chats, or other participation tools.

3.- DATA PROTECTION: CTI complies with the guidelines of the American Convention on Human Rights (Article 11), The Organization of American States (OAS) (Comparative Study: Data Protection in the Americas. CP/CAJP-306312. April 3, 2012) on Privacy and Protection of Personal Data. To this end, alongside each personal data collection form, in the services that the user may request from CTI, the user will be informed of the existence and acceptance of the particular conditions of the processing of their data in each case, informing them of the responsibility of the file created, the address of the person in charge, the possibility of exercising their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition, the purpose of the processing, and data communications to third parties if applicable. Likewise, CTI informs that it complies with the guidelines of the Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce and will request your consent to the processing of your email for commercial purposes at any time.

4.- INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY: CTI itself or as an assignee owns all intellectual and industrial property rights of its website, as well as the elements contained in it (by way of example, images, sound, audio, video, software or texts; trademarks or logos, color combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access, and use, etc.), owned by CTI or its licensors. All rights reserved.

The reproduction, distribution, and public communication, including the method of making them available, of all or part of the contents of this website, for commercial purposes, in any form and by any technical means, without the authorization of CTI, is expressly prohibited. The USER commits to respecting the Intellectual and Industrial Property rights owned by CTI. You may view the elements of the portal and even print them, copy them, and store them on your computer’s hard drive or any other physical medium provided it is, solely and exclusively, for your personal and private use. The USER must refrain from deleting, altering, evading, or manipulating any protective device or security system that was installed on the pages of CTI.

5.- EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY: CTI is not liable, in any case, for damages of any kind that may cause, by way of example: errors or omissions in the contents, lack of availability of the portal or the transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs in the contents, despite having adopted all necessary technological measures to prevent it.

6.- MODIFICATIONS: CTI reserves the right to make, without prior notice, modifications it deems appropriate in its portal, being able to change, delete, or add both the contents and services provided through it as well as the way in which they are presented or located on its portal.

7.- LINKS: In the event that links or hyperlinks to other Internet sites are deployed on BLUETIDE, CTI will not exercise any control over such sites and content. In no case will CTI assume any responsibility for the contents of any link belonging to an external website, nor will it guarantee the technical availability, quality, reliability, accuracy, breadth, veracity, validity, and constitutionality of any material or information contained in any of such hyperlinks or other Internet sites. Likewise, the inclusion of these external connections will not imply any type of association, merger, or participation with the connected entities.

8.- RIGHT OF EXCLUSION: CTI reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the portal and/or the services offered without prior notice, on its own or a third party’s request, to those users who violate these General Conditions of Use.

9.- GENERALITIES: CTI will pursue the breach of these conditions as well as any improper use of its portal, exercising all civil and criminal actions that may correspond to it in law.

10.- MODIFICATION OF THESE CONDITIONS AND DURATION: CTI may modify the conditions determined here at any time, being duly published as they appear here. The validity of the cited conditions will be based on their exposure and will be valid until they are modified by others duly published.

11.- APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION: The relationship between CTI and the USER will be governed by current Panamanian regulations and any controversy will be submitted to the ordinary courts of justice of the Republic of Panama.
